Much as we prefer tested, proven, sustainable and pre-qualified standard battery packs, we understand that not all existing batteries meet the full requirement of an application. Therefore, at the request of the customers, we will customized battery to according to the specific requirements. Such customized packs are design in consultation with the customer, built and tested according to industrial standards and best practices. The battery packs can also be pre-qualified to international standards and regulations, including the UN38.3 qualification for air transportation.

Customizing battery is not so straightforward. We strongly recommend to do this in consultation, AND to start at the beginning of your product’s designing. Left to the last-minute will often lead to mis-match with and compromises to your application’s best performance.
